Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales performance targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
  • Deliver compelling sales ceremonies using effective storytelling and brand knowledge.
  • Ensure consistency in achieving KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify customer needs and make insightful recommendations to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships.
  • Operate inventory management systems for stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.
  • Perform store duties as assigned and work collaboratively to achieve store operation objectives.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment with proper visual merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
  • Strong communication skills and good grooming standards.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
  • Operational knowledge in retail management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong client development mindset and commitment to providing stellar service.
  • Effective time and task management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and accept constructive feedback.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
