Client Advisor
FENDI seeks a Client Advisor in Dubai — full-time, on-site role delivering luxury clienteling, driving sales and operating boutique CRM and retail systems.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, brand-led customer journey to recruit and retain clients and to build long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across product categories.
- Provide outstanding client service in accordance with company standards, ensuring professionalism and a personalised human touch.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools and clienteling techniques; ensure accurate customer database input.
- Operate retail IT systems correctly for stock transfers, payments and stock enquiries.
- Support day-to-day store operations and contribute to the overall visual and service standards of the boutique.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Organised, professional, confident and able to work autonomously in a high-pressure retail environment.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, with proven success achieving individual sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
