Retail Excellence Trainee

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in store operations and product presentations.
• Receive training and guidance from the retail management team on core luxury retail modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Engage in a rotational experience across two brands within the fashion division to broaden fashion industry perspectives.
• Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day for an opportunity to join the 24-month Retail Excellence Trainee program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication in daily and work scenarios.
• Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
• Curiosity, excellence-driven, and willingness to embrace change and challenges.

No prior experience required; open to recent graduates and those with a passion for luxury retail.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher.
