Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in store operations and product demonstrations.
- Receive training and guidance from the retail management team on core luxury retail modules including operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Engage in a rotational experience across two brands within the fashion division to broaden fashion industry insights.
- Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day to potentially join the 24-month Retail Excellence Trainee program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication in daily and professional settings.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Curiosity, pursuit of excellence, and a willingness to embrace change and challenges.
