Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in retail store operations and product presentations.
• Receive training and guidance from the retail management team, covering core modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Engage in a dual-brand rotational experience within the Fashion Group to broaden fashion industry perspectives.
• Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day to potentially join the Retail Excellence Trainee program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
• Proficient in English, capable of handling daily communication and work scenarios.
• Passionate about the fashion and luxury retail industry.
• Curious, excellence-driven, and open to embracing change and challenges.
