Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in store operations and product presentations, gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail environments.
- Participate in training sessions led by the retail management team, covering core modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Rotate between two brands within the Fashion Group to broaden perspectives and deepen understanding of the fashion industry.
- Complete the Rexplorer journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day for the opportunity to join the Retail Excellence Trainee program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
- Proficiency in English, capable of handling everyday communication and work scenarios.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.

Experience
No prior experience required, open to recent graduates and those with a passion for luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
