Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor material deliveries and consistently update expected delivery dates.
  • Identify purchasing needs and issue requests to the purchasing department.
  • Coordinate with the planning manager to track and manage critical paths of finished products.
  • Create, update, and maintain KPI dashboards related to material arrivals, finished product deliveries, and lead times.
  • Manage periodic reporting to monitor performance and support operational decisions.
  • Analyze process issues and propose corrective actions for timely compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields (students nearing graduation are also considered).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus). Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail. Teamwork ability, proactivity, and good communication skills. Good command of the English language.

No prior experience required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
