Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global media and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s DNA.
  • Manage omni-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned) from concept to performance analysis.
  • Coordinate media planning and campaign launches across departments and manage all performance marketing and media agencies.
  • Oversee the media calendar, budget, and administrative processes.
  • Supervise the technical and operational management of social channels in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies for events and product launches, including scouting and coordinating profiles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers to identify new opportunities and projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for strategic meetings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in media/digital/influencer roles, preferably in fashion or luxury.
  • Fluent in both English and Italian; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Skills

Strong strategic mindset and project management skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of major paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Innovative spirit, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in media, digital, or influencer roles, with a preference for experience in fashion or luxury sectors.

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
