Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Watch Circuits Business Unit, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee product development, from concept through to production, ensuring market competitiveness and innovation.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the microelectronics or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and systems, particularly in watch circuits.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
