Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Watch Circuits Business Unit, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
- Oversee product development, from concept through to production, ensuring market competitiveness and innovation.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the microelectronics or related industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and systems, particularly in watch circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within the microelectronics or a related industry, with a focus on product development and business strategy.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
