Puig is hiring a Sell-Out Supervisor in Concepción, Chile. Lead retail teams and drive sell-out performance across Puig's luxury fragrance and lifestyle brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sell-out performance across assigned stores by implementing commercial initiatives and sales campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coach, motivate and develop store teams to elevate customer service, conversion rates and average transaction value; conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, deliver actionable analysis and reporting to regional management, and deploy corrective actions to address underperformance.
  • Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards and in-store promotional executions to maximize product exposure and impulse purchase.
  • Manage stock management and replenishment processes in collaboration with inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal in-store availability.
  • Ensure consistent application of clienteling and CRM activities to build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures, compliance with company policies, and uphold brand presentation and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven leadership capability with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into operational actions.
  • Professional demeanour and proven ability to deliver exceptional client experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods; willingness to travel between nearby stores as required.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-leader role; prior experience in fragrance, cosmetics or luxury fashion retail is highly advantageous.

Education

High school diploma required; university or vocational qualifications in Business, Retail Management or related fields preferred.
