Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
