Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
