Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch skincare consultations aligned with Dr. Barbara Sturm product philosophy and clinical positioning.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Manage product presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards within the Selfridges retail environment.
  • Maintain client records and proactively grow a loyal client base using CRM and appointment systems.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and sample management to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events, product launches and VIP appointments, collaborating with the Selfridges team.
  • Adhere to regulatory, hygiene and brand compliance procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in premium or luxury beauty/cosmetics environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in clinical skincare and dermatological formulations.
  • Flexible availability to cover retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
