Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Design in developing and maintaining the global visual identity across packaging, digital, print and retail touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of artworking and production-ready files, ensuring specification, colour management and pre-press compliance for suppliers.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and external studios, delegate tasks and review work to uphold brand standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with product development, regulatory, marketing and procurement teams to ensure packaging copy, materials and technical specifications meet legal and commercial requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, approve proofs, manage version control and escalate risks to stakeholders to maintain on-time launches.
- Contribute creative concepts and art direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches and point-of-sale materials while preserving the brand’s clinical-luxury tone.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury packaging, editorial or brand work, with clear experience in beauty or FMCG preferred.
- Proven experience managing designers or small teams and coordinating external suppliers or agencies.
- Working knowledge of cosmetics packaging requirements and basic regulatory labelling considerations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 3–6 years in graphic design with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or deputy-manager capacity; prior experience on luxury beauty or skincare packaging and global brand campaigns strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
