Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce prototypes of watch case components and perform essential adjustments to ensure functionality and assembly.
  • Collaborate on the creation of technical documentation in conjunction with the technical office.
  • Design and implement CNC programs.
  • Manufacture components using CNC and conventional machines.
  • Create tooling and fixtures.
  • Participate in product functionality and assembly testing.
  • Inspect the dimensional accuracy of manufactured components using measurement tools.
  • Work with polishing teams to ensure the aesthetic quality of machined components.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide solutions to technical issues.
  • Contribute to the design and development of products and components.
  • Propose necessary improvements for component manufacturing.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical training of 4 years (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC programming. Proficient in conventional and CNC machining (turning and milling). Competent in using standard measurement tools. Excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with common computer tools. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team or independently.

Experience

Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position.

Education

Technical training of 4 years (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent.
