Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across USA, Greater China & APAC, and Distributors, adapting to local market needs.
  • Oversee window displays, in-store VM, and seasonal styling with a focus on Hero Stores.
  • Implement headquarters directives and deliver seasonal VM training and onboarding.
  • Conduct regional store visits for VM coaching and brand standard compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters teams (Merchandising, Go-to-Market, T&R) for alignment.
  • Manage VM feedback, reporting, and StoreIQ task completion.
  • Support store openings from planning to execution, including floor plans, VM tools, installation, and photo standards.
  • Oversee VM activities across the global franchise network.
  • Coordinate headquarters and local showroom setups, including creative concept, layout, POP, and installation.
  • Provide global VM feedback post-showroom installations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Retail-focused experience, preferably in the Fashion Industry.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Experience
