Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team to transform client interactions into exceptional experiences.
  • Achieve commercial targets through effective team organization and product management.
  • Enhance commercial performance through sales and stock analysis, product rotation, and visual merchandising supervision.
  • Foster a high-performing, client-focused team environment.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure superior client experiences.
  • Empower and motivate the team to achieve results through exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate long-term, authentic relationships with colleagues through respect and inclusion.
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Participate actively on the sales floor to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
  • Ensure floor-level efficiency in clienteling, display, merchandise, and overall store presentation.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
