Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to create exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Ensure commercial targets are met through efficient team organization and product management.
- Enhance commercial performance through product knowledge, sales analysis, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a high-performing, client-focused team environment.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure superior client experiences.
- Drive in-store digital engagement and utilize digital communication tools.
- Empower, develop, and motivate the team to deliver elevated customer experiences.
- Execute strategic business plans and drive sales through cross-functional partnerships and marketing.
- Build and maintain a client book to enhance client engagement and traffic.
- Support the Store Manager in executing store strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Contribute to business action plans to boost sales across product categories and client segments.
- Demonstrate exemplary sales and leadership on the selling floor.
- Ensure operational efficiency in clienteling, display, merchandise, and store maintenance.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture.
