Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
- Act as a positive role model for store personnel, embodying and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities such as visual merchandising and operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Temporarily assume store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, making short-term decisions as needed.
- Execute omni-channel services and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within the fashion industry.
