Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Coach, train and motivate sales associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and on-the-job development.
- Deliver personalised customer service and foster long-term client relationships to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards to reflect brand positioning and seasonal directives.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, action plans and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium fashion, denim, or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, with ability to provide documentation upon request.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least some supervisory responsibility; experience in premium or fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
