Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a sales team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Drive sales by providing personalized customer service and leading by example.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and inspire customers and team members.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
