Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs.
- Act as a positive role model, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills, taking ownership of responsibilities such as visual merchandising and operations.
- Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, making short-term decisions.
- Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
