Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs.
  • Act as a positive role model, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
  • Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills, taking ownership of responsibilities such as visual merchandising and operations.
  • Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, making short-term decisions.
  • Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
