Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Drive sales by providing personalized customer service and leading by example.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and inspire customers and team members.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
