Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, client-centric in‑store experience by understanding client needs and tailoring personalised service.
  • Welcome and assist clients at all touchpoints, employing consultative storytelling and engaging questioning techniques to guide purchase decisions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM initiatives.
  • Drive individual and team sales performance, meet KPIs and maximise sales through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge to advise clients on fit, styling and product heritage.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop floor presentation in line with company operational guidelines.
  • Follow stock and security procedures, including tagging and loss-prevention measures, and escalate customer complaints appropriately.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and remain informed about market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales; experience within structured luxury or premium fashion retailers is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent client-service orientation with a commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven communication skills and emotional intelligence to manage client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Digitally aware and comfortable using CRM tools and new ways of working.
  • Demonstrates decision making, strategic thinking, financial awareness, innovation, customer focus and execution orientation.
  • Willingness to grow within the organisation; flexibility to relocate is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales is required; prior experience within structured luxury, premium fashion, or flagship store environments is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
