Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing.
  • Utilize Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, create detailed reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate paid activities into omnichannel strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine targeting, creatives, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for new international markets and audiences.
  • Foster synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new tools and innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in managing multi-platform paid campaigns within agencies or structured companies.
  • Proficient in SA360, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
  • Background in fashion, luxury, or e-commerce is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Fluent in English and native or advanced proficiency in Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
