Diesel seeks an experienced Europe CRM Manager in Milan, Italy, to enhance customer engagement and drive performance in the luxury fashion sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of the regional customer base to derive strategic insights that support CRM and retail strategies.
  • Develop and promote effective prospect acquisition campaigns, including strategic partnerships to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Design and execute the regional CRM contact strategy and calendar for the European market, aligning with global guidelines and business priorities.
  • Oversee regional CRM digital campaign management, including newsletters and SMS, ensuring coordination with suppliers for campaign execution in various local languages.
  • Define and implement effective customer segmentation strategies for regional campaigns.
  • Monitor newsletter performance, share insights with stakeholders, and propose corrective actions to optimize digital campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the EU Retail Director and EU Clienteling Manager to define customer targets for clienteling activities and in-store activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Expertise in marketing, CRM, and industry trends. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Competency in using tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel as required.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in CRM roles, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Economics preferred.
