Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels and platforms using Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to provide actionable insights that enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics such as sessions, revenue, conversion rate, campaign effectiveness, and overall website performance.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives and efficient budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, CRM, and IT, to drive data-driven initiatives and ensure seamless integration of analytics practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Contentsquare. Familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and present findings clearly. Results-driven with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.

Experience

2-3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
