Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Diesel's guidelines.
  • Offer personalized advice based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the sales floor is maintained according to Diesel's visual presentation standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and management of stock.
  • Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to store security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain the sales point's appearance.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele globally.
  • Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
  • Ability to cross-sell across various product categories.
  • Versatile and challenge-driven.

Experience
