Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Diesel's guidelines.
  • Offer personalized advice based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Maintain the sales floor according to Diesel's visual merchandising standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to store security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain the store's presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
  • Ability to perform cross-selling across product categories.
  • Versatile and challenge-driven.
  • Proficiency in French and English.

Experience
