Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, client-centric in-store experience: welcome, advise and build long-term relationships through personalised service and active clienteling.
  • Drive individual and store sales performance, meet KPIs and maximise revenue through cross-selling and CRM-led initiatives.
  • Master brand storytelling and consultative selling techniques to translate client needs into tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain shop-floor standards and visual merchandising (VM) execution, including window and interior displays, in line with corporate VM guidelines.
  • Support store operations including stock and security procedures, tagging, loss-prevention vigilance and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, monitor fashion trends and competitors, and actively participate in team initiatives and store events.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Chinese (mandatory) and Italian (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Previous retail sales experience; experience within structured fashion or luxury retail companies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and passion for client service.
  • Demonstrable decision-making, strategic thinking, financial awareness, innovation orientation and execution focus.
  • Digitally aware and comfortable using CRM tools and modern retail technologies; willingness to relocate considered an advantage.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales is required; candidates with experience in structured fashion or luxury retail environments will be prioritised.
