Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, brand‑aligned client service to cultivate long‑term customer relationships and maximise conversion.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, contributing to individual and team sales targets and implementing cross‑selling strategies.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to store management when required.
  • Maintain thorough product and brand knowledge to support client advisory and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store operational procedures.
  • Perform full stock‑room duties: goods receipt, organisation, stock control, cycle counts and periodic inventories.
  • Optimise in‑store product distribution and maintain an orderly, efficient back‑of‑house environment.
  • Support omnichannel retail operations, including order reception, pick & pack, shipment preparation, invoicing and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate transversally with store teams and corporate functions to ensure accurate inventory and seamless customer fulfilment.

Qualifications

  • Belonging to the protected categories under Italian law L.68/99 (the role is exclusively open to candidates in this category).
  • Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse/stock roles; background in structured fashion or luxury environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation with commercial mindset and retail drive.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with digital tools and willingness to adopt retail technologies and omnichannel processes.
  • Availability for professional growth; flexibility to relocate or be mobile is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail sales role or stock/warehouse position is required; experience in fashion or luxury retail within structured organisations is preferred.

Education
