Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to the store’s commercial strategy.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Delvaux leather goods, materials and craftsmanship to present products convincingly.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion using the store’s POS and CRM systems.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, housekeeping and brand presentation to ensure a luxurious client experience.
- Support inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and basic loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to local business development initiatives, events and private client appointments as required.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, upholding company policies, presentation standards and confidentiality with high professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods or boutique environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
- Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to an upscale clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Right to work in the United States (authorization to work in-country).
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills; able to manage transactions and basic inventory tasks accurately.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or boutique environments with demonstrable clienteling and sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
