Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring exemplary client experience and strict adherence to Delvaux brand standards.
  • Coach, motivate and schedule boutique staff; deliver ongoing sales coaching and performance feedback to optimise team KPIs.
  • Drive sales and clienteling initiatives through proactive outreach, relationship cultivation and personalised service.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and stock presentation to maintain an elevated aesthetic consistent with seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, receipting, loss-prevention procedures and accurate cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and regional team on reporting, local marketing activations and operational improvements.
  • Resolve client escalations with discretion and professionalism, safeguarding brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (preferably with leather goods or accessories).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with experience coaching and developing small teams.
  • Sound understanding of visual merchandising principles and boutique operations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding inventory control and cash procedures.
