Delvaux in Paris is recruiting a Retail Sales Apprentice (work-study) — alternance opportunity in boutique retail.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations, including sales transactions, cash handling and POS operation.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and assist with clienteling, CRM updates and appointment management.
  • Learn and present product knowledge across collections; advise clients on styling and product care.
  • Implement and maintain merchandising standards, window displays and in-store visual presentation.
  • Manage stock processes: receive deliveries, process returns, perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with boutique events, private appointments and after-sales follow-up.
  • Contribute to routine administrative tasks and sales reporting as part of training objectives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognized higher-education program eligible for an alternance/work-study arrangement (business, retail, luxury management, fashion or related).
  • Availability for an alternance schedule and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
  • Strong client-service orientation, professional presentation and a genuine interest in luxury leather goods.
  • Reliable, punctual and motivated to learn in a hands-on boutique environment.

Experience
