Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead boutique commercial performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
  • Develop, acquire and retain high-value clients through proactive clienteling, personalised service and curated events.
  • Coach, recruit and develop boutique staff; create a high-performing team through training, performance reviews and talent management.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and client experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and POS reconciliations.
  • Manage administrative tasks and local budgeting; contribute to store-level forecasting and reporting to headquarters.
  • Partner with marketing and wholesale teams to execute localized client events, VIP appointments and CRM campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with responsibility for meeting commercial targets.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing retail teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate KPI insight into operational actions.
  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Organisational rigour in operations, stock management and administrative compliance.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
