Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team in daily press relations: draft and proofread press releases, media notes and briefing documents.
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact lists; coordinate journalist outreach and press approvals.
- Manage press sample logistics: prepare, track and follow up on loans, returns and sample inventories.
- Monitor and compile media coverage reports across print, online and social channels; deliver regular press analytics summaries.
- Assist with the planning and execution of press events, showroom appointments and product launches.
- Coordinate interview requests, create press kits and prepare materials for press visits.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, product, retail) to ensure alignment on messaging and press timing.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the PR department, including expense tracking and calendar management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to copy and presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Interest in luxury goods, fashion and product storytelling; familiarity with editorial and influencer ecosystems.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with media, stylists and internal stakeholders; reliable handling of press samples and confidential materials.
- Availability for a six-month internship in Brussels.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or 6–12 months' experience in PR, communications or editorial roles—preferably within fashion or luxury—are advantageous but not mandatory. The role is suitable for students in their final year or recent graduates seeking practical PR experience.
Education
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent; students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
