Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering KPI-driven performance across the boutique.
  • Lead daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Coach, mentor and schedule sales staff to maintain exceptional client service and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through active clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment and loss-prevention controls.
  • Prepare operational reports and contribute to sales forecasting, promotional planning and local marketing initiatives.
  • Act as brand ambassador on the sales floor, ensuring luxury service protocols and presentation standards are consistently upheld.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within leather goods, fashion or accessories.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including coaching and rostering.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and fluency in English; local language skills are advantageous.
  • High level of personal presentation and commitment to brand standards.

Experience
