Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering KPI-driven performance across the boutique.
- Lead daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Coach, mentor and schedule sales staff to maintain exceptional client service and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through active clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment and loss-prevention controls.
- Prepare operational reports and contribute to sales forecasting, promotional planning and local marketing initiatives.
- Act as brand ambassador on the sales floor, ensuring luxury service protocols and presentation standards are consistently upheld.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within leather goods, fashion or accessories.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including coaching and rostering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and fluency in English; local language skills are advantageous.
- High level of personal presentation and commitment to brand standards.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant-manager capacity within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality or business are desirable but not mandatory.
