Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact at the front desk: welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and professional email correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments and meeting rooms; manage executive and boutique calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support: filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries; maintain office supplies and vendor relations.
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc projects and events logistics related to boutique and HQ activities while ensuring confidentiality and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in business administration, hospitality, secretarial studies or a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and client‑facing demeanor consistent with luxury retail standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Discretion and respect for confidential information; professional telephone manner.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Experience
