Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize thermal processes, including sintering, to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of process parameters and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in thermal processes, particularly sintering.
