Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
