Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectations and selling behaviors.
- Maintain accuracy in operating POS systems and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Ensure accurate data capture for customer information where permitted by law.
- Uphold proper phone etiquette when handling store calls.
- Drive sales conversion through client engagement and omni-channel selling techniques.
- Support back-of-house tasks as needed.
- Represent the Coach brand appropriately in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all operations.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
