Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of buying and allocation processes to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
  • Lead a team of buyers and allocators, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, and marketing, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform buying decisions and enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and secure high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a senior buying or allocation role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the fashion retail sector.

Experience
