Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
  • Conduct accurate and efficient transactions at the cash wrap, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Facilitate the flow of products from receipt to point of sale, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, adjusting product placement as needed.
  • Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, availability, and pricing.
  • Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Skills

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills. Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Strong drive for results and ability to learn quickly. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.

Experience

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
