Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance at the cash wrap.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area.
• Receive and process shipments and transfers in the stockroom.
• Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and product organization.
• Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features and availability.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
