Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient store operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
