Coach — Merrimack, NH: Sales Support Associate (Cashier). Hourly pay $15.00–$17.75. Provide POS, stockroom and sales-floor support for a luxury retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash wrap and point-of-sale with accuracy and professionalism; greet customers, capture contact information where permitted, process transactions, and promote add-ons and gift cards.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and secure cash wrap; follow Coach cash-handling and POS media policies to ensure loss-prevention compliance.
  • Receive, scan and process incoming shipments and transfers; verify carton and store data, report discrepancies to Store Management, and process stock according to Coach standards and timeframes.
  • Manage stockroom organization and back-of-house inventory ownership; execute cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventories.
  • Replenish assigned sales-floor zones; respond to sell-through, execute visual merchandising adjustments, and support sales-floor activities as directed.
  • Communicate product information (price points, features, color and availability) to customers and partners; uphold housekeeping and brand presentation standards.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and maintain safety standards while performing manual handling tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service capability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel and frequently lift up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting of cartons up to 50 lbs.

Experience

1–3 years of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier/stockroom responsibilities and exposure to a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education
