Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily sales operations and customer service activities.
- Support merchandising efforts to ensure the store is visually appealing and stocked with the latest products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
