Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
• Conduct email and name capture where legally permitted.
• Maintain accuracy in operating the POS system and cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
• Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Coach standards.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations if applicable.
• Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
• Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests confidently.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
• Adhere to Company Loss Prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
