Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to Company standards.
- Support sales associates in maximizing customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and displayed.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in a retail or sales support role is preferred.
