Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.
- Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap area.
- Assist in the receipt and processing of shipments and transfers.
- Ensure stockroom and sales floor are well-organized and replenished.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and respond to sales floor needs.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
- Adhere to Coach's scheduling expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
