Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions at the cash wrap.
  • Accurately operate the POS system and maintain cash wrap organization.
  • Facilitate email/name capture and suggest additional products or gift cards.
  • Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, including offsite locations.
  • Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
  • Communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries confidently.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.

Experience

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
